Portal Instructions

1. Create your account or sign in with your email and password.
2. Submit the Visitor Intake form first.
3. Wait for intake approval from the Kidney Care Bermuda team.
4. After approval, complete the required dialysis and surveillance forms.
5. Pay any outstanding invoice and check your dashboard for updates.
